Cross stitch finishes this week

Hi everyone, I know I said I would show you another shop I visited on my travels recently but I have not edited the photos yet, so for now I am showing you my cross stitch finishes for this week.
I had a few completed cross stitches that had been in my stash waiting to be finished, this strawberry design is a free pattern that I designed which I decided to finish into a pillow, it is called Strawberry fair. The linen was quite creased and no matter how much I tried I simply could not get the creases out, thankfully they don’t show up as much in real life, they look worse on the photo.

Next was another one of my free designs called My Soul is Fed with Needle and Thread

Edited: The pattern is now available here

My Soul is Fed with Needle and Thread designed by me
Edited : The pattern below is from a cross stitch book I have in my stash
Sam Hawkins 501 Cross Stitch Designs.
And of course mini cat has to be in there somewhere!
Until next time, happy stitching!

Best Wishes and Happy Stitching.
Lynn B

Beautiful pieces, Lynn. The creased/wrinkled linen gives the strawberry sampler an aged look that I like. I would love to have the pattern for 'my soul is fed with needle and thread', thank you. k

Lynn: Love the pillow finish, I sometime put my linen in the freezer in a plastic bag flat, sometimes this helps to take out the wrinkles because I iron it as soon as I take it out of the freezer, I do not get it wet unless I use DMC threads some of the specialty threads run.
Lovely finish's on your other projects, of course Mini Cat is adorable.
Love the pillow with God Bless America, we need his Blessings all over the world now.

    Blessings

What lovely stitching! I think your pillow is really pretty. The flowers in your Soul design are too cute, what a great idea to make them from stitching supplies!

Beautitul stitching – I have a weakness for samplers and yours is perfect. Red and green always look so nice together!
