Inside Sajou embroidery store in Paris!

Hi everyone, as promised I said I would take you inside the Sajou embroidery store in Paris, you are going to love it!

Be warned photo heavy post but I love lots of photos in blogs.......

First of all I will show you what I purchased, of course I had to get some fabric with the Sajou branding, I am going to make a pretty bag with this.

  

I purchased this cross stitch pattern which is very different to any others I have stitched before, they had a sample stitched and it was so pretty I simply could not resist.

To be honest I was pretty restrained in my stash buying, I could have bought many more items but I really do try to be good sometimes!

But first a look through the window, I could not wait to get inside, at this point my husband always giggles at how excited I get when I see a store like this!

Now I was inside, my heart was racing! Lol......

The ladies were very helpful and they let me take as many photographs as I wanted. 

It is not a very large shop but it is crammed full of pretty things, I did miss a corner where some silk threads were displayed but there were some ladies stitching and I did not want to disturb them. 

I did not know where to look next!

Now this was my favourite part of the store, my husband nearly fainted when he saw the price of the scissors but I thought they were worth every single euro, they were gorgeous.

I really liked the ones on the right, they were very elegant, my husband said he would buy me some for my next birthday which just happens to be when the marathon is for next year, so I won't let him forget!

Whenever I sell scissors in my shop I simply cannot resist making a little pouch to go with them, these are a little freebie to compliment the last pair I have for sale in my Etsy shop here.

Made from 100% cotton owl print and canvas , interfaced and lined inside.

I will be making more of these in the future, I have three now, they are so easy to pop your scissors inside especially when travelling.
