Hi everyone, I finished the Harry Potter cross stitch into a project bag set.
I talked about this Harry Potter cross stitch in a previous post here you can find the pattern for Harry at this link . This is a gift for someone, I am pretty sure I am safe to post this because I don't think the recipient reads my blog!
I stitched the bag and pouch using cotton owl fabric with a coffee coloured canvas fabric, both are interfaced and lined and the project bag has a little pocket on the inside. I only added the black canvas strap because I did not have a coffee colour, however, I thought it complimented Harry so I went with it.
The cross stitch took quite a few evenings to complete but it was a fun stitch.
Edited: I have since made another bag using a Harry Potter themed cross stitch pattern, you can see my Hermione Granger bag at this post here.

I made this little Tilda notions pouch and scissor bag set
I also added another Paris bag, I only made two of these, this is the last one and then I will be making other bags and purses from different fabrics. There is also a matching notions and scissor pouch available.
Until next time, happy stitching!
