Project bag swap and free gift tags.

Hi everyone, recently I signed up for a project bag swap on Ravelry and this is what I sent my partner, it arrived safely and my partner was happy with it, so I can show you now!

Replies to emails
I always reply to any emails I receive, however, some are set as no reply, if anyone has asked me a question and not received a reponse it is because I can't contact you if your email is set as no reply.

More photos below of project bag swap.

The free Spring pattern I designed and published on my last post is now nearly ready, I just need to make it into a little pillow to match the others. I also wanted to add, I made a little mistake in the pattern suggesting the wrong colour for the plant pot, it should be DMC 738 and not DMC 742, I will change it in the pattern.

The Free Spring pattern is here
The Free Autumn pattern is here
The Free Summer pattern is here
The Free Winter pattern is here

I have made a couple of bags this last week, one is a Paris themed bag with a matching notions pouch to fit my crochet projects inside, I will show that in my next post together with some new crochet bracelets I have made. (If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen the bracelets already!)

Instagram
If you saw my last post some of you will know I am now on Instagram, the reason why I have not joined until now is because I did not have the technology, my sister let me borrow an old iphone but it would not update so I could not use it for Instagram. My generous husband purchased me a lovely new iphone for Christmas so now I can use it for uploading quick photos to Instagram.

Where can you find me?

I am stitching fairy on Instagram, Craftsy, Ravelry and Pinterest.

Project Bag Swap

I made this pretty little cupcake bag and attached one of my handmade by Lynn B labels to the side, it was lined with fusible fleece and white fabric, the fusible fleece really does make the bag nice and sturdy and gives a good finish. The bag fits quite a few skeins of wool inside with plenty of room for your circular  or double pointed needles.

I love these labels, I purchased them from The Stamp Art shop on Etsy

I made this pretty little pin cushion with the little cupcake pin made from polymer clay and added the little felt cupcake key ring.

Mini Cat Labels

These labels were designed by me, copied from my Love to Knit pattern and incorporated into these labels.

Just cut around the edge, punch a hole through the top and thread some ribbon and you have some pretty labels to attach to your hand made projects.

Some are gift tags and some are wash care labels.

The Love to Knit pattern is available from my Craftsy store here

You can click on the image and then click on it again to "save as" to your computer.

Until next time, happy stitching!

Thank you for sharing your project bag with us. It is certainly a cute idea with all the goodies inside. The little tags are a cute idea too. Did you have a pattern for the bag or did you assemble as you went along?

I love your blog. I love your patterns too. Keep up the great work. I look forward to your "winter" fob chart.

OOPS! I forgot to ask about your cupcake pin. Did you make this? If so, how do you do it? Would you be willing to make a tutorial on this? I'd like to give it a try because I think the pins make a cute "add-on" to gifts for stitching friends but I need lots of details on the how-to parts! Thanks for taking this into consideration Lynn.
