Cat Cross Stitch Pattern

Cat Cross stitch pattern

I have finished stitching the snowy mini cat cross stitch pattern and played around with perforated paper to make the decoration on the side of the ornament.

I remember using this in primary school, which is a long time ago, but as if it was yesterday.

If you have never used perforated paper before it is basically thick card with holes in for you to cross stitch onto. I stitched one of my free patterns and made it into a flatfold, I love these as they are so easy to display at Christmas time. I then chose the little parcels and the stocking from within the same pattern and made these little hanging tags, I stitched the design twice, one reverse side around so that I could glue the sides together for a neat back.
The free pattern for this Snowy Cat Christmas cross stitch pattern  is available here on my blog and below this post.
This is the reverse side
Hand made with love gift tag
I played around some more and stitched the little teapot and tea tag from my Tea Time Mini cat pattern
I designed this small card and wrapped it with the home sweet home pillow, it is a gift for someone.

Best Wishes and Happy Stitching.

    Very pretty and original, Lynn
I prefer plastic canvas to perforated paper though… It's durable, can be transparent or white and actually costs much less
