Home Sweet Home!

Hi everyone, I have been stitching a little gift.
I love the bright colours in this sweet design, it is from the book 50 Little Houses by Sam Hawkins, the book is  quite old, I got a second hand copy from Amazon and I love it.

I have made this for a friend who is moving to Portugal, I stitched it using DMC stranded cotton and 32 count murano fabric, the cord is hand made using the dmc thread and I made the little bag topper using Photoshop.

I loved stitching this so much that I have decided to make another in pink and grey tones.

Until next time, happy stitching!

Such a lovely gift you created - I love gray and pink together. I love how your little white basket in your header is filling up - it is so lovely.
