Mini cat valentine quilt

Hi everyone, my mini cat series has now been extended into a mug rug!

I decided to make the mini cat from my cross stitch series of cats into a mini quilt mug rug, do you like it?
I think the tail may be a bit long but I do love it, I have not quite finished the pattern yet but it will be available soon.

I have been working on the mini valentine cat cross stitch which I should have finished for my next post, I just need to do the finishing.

Next week the march mini cat pattern will be available from my mini cat collection to give you all plenty of time to stitch it for the month of March.

The patterns are here if you would like to join in the stitch along.

I love stitching blanket stitch!

Edited: I have since decided to hand quilt this mug rug, you can see it here

Until next time........
happy stitching!

  10. Very cute - and the tail is just fine - you know they use them to get into trouble anyway so length is no matter! :-)
