Hello everyone, here is my progress on my Royal Holiday cross stitch by Mirabilia,
I am loving the colours on her, so Christmasy and warm! I have added some of the beads on her crown but I have still quite a bit of beading to do yet.
This is the stitching I did a number of weeks ago but I have not done any for a while as I have lost interest in doing cross stitch at the moment, my garden has been taking up much of my time.
I became the owner of a new greenhouse in late summer where I planted my first ever chilli and pepper plants and I thought I would show you my progress on those. I must admit it really is trial and error at this stage just to see what happens! Lol.......
Here are my first peppers, I don't like the taste of these but my husband loves them on salads.
Next up, my scotch bonnet chilli plants.
We have some friends who make the most wonderful chilli jam out of these so I thought they would be the perfect plant to trial.

Last but not least, I have been baking my own bread again this week, I so loooove baking this loaf, obviously for the taste but I also love the smell filling the kitchen!

Love peppers and those plants look healthy. Oh yes, the smell of fresh baked bread...do you use a machine or by hand...

Love how Royal Holiday is coming along. My stitching suffers too during the gardening season but it's nice to get outside and I bet that loaf tasted great x

Your cross stitching gets prettier with each stitch - such a beautiful pattern. I bet a greenhouse is so fun - do you grow flowers or just vegetables. I can just smell your bread baking in the oven - nothing beats fresh bread!

What a fun and well-rounded post! You've been busy and it seems everything you touch turns to gold! You've inspired me to pick up my cross stitch and my mouth is watering for a salad and some chili and some home baked bread!

Peppers are yummy - my kids are not fans of them either but I do love the taste of them! That bread looks divine...nothing like the smell of fresh home baked bread! Prefect in winter with a lovely soup!
