Country Cottage Needlework and Santa’s Village

Hi everyone, I have been stitching Santa’s Village last week and I managed to stitch the one for August, I have another ready to go but I am stitching on a large Mirabilia project at he moment so it may have to wait until I am in the mood to stitch this again.

Thankyou for all of the lovely comments on The Edwardian Lady Needleset and thankyou to the ladies who would like to join the stitchalong for this. I have not had chance to put this together but should have Part One of the instructions ready for Wednesday evening when I will post the tutorial, in the meantime you could be stitching your alphabet letter and parasol.
Stitching news

I started stitching a Mirabilia Royal Holiday ( A Christmas Queen ) quite a while ago and decided to do some more stitching on this, it is looking quite nice, the colours are gorgeous. This is the pattern I am talking about,  there is not much to show as I am working on her hair and it is quite detailed but I am really enjoying stitching this.
I am also working on the Edwardian Lady Box but not had chance to do much on this as I have been helping my husband lay a patio in the garden. I have helped him mix the concrete and made sure the flags were level! It is looking good but cross stitch projects are delayed a little for the moment.
My latest stitching on Santa’s Village.
Until next time – happy stitching!
Best Wishes and Happy Stitching.

    Hello Lynn
Santa's Village is coming along beautifully, I am enjoying to see your progress, if I lived somewhere that it's cold for Christmas, I'd be stitching that for sure!
and the Mirabilia design is a stunner, I can imagine the detail in the hair.
