My Craft Room is painted ready for the next stage and all of my stitching news!

Hi everyone, my Craft Room is freshly painted and all ready for the next stage, I love this colour, it is so soft on the eye. It was  initially painted  cream and white but that was only temporary until I had decided on the appropriate colour. If you like the colour and live in England it is from the 1829 range at B and Q and it is called Study Room Blue.

I saw this colour on many a blog but had not seen anything like it until a couple of weeks ago when my sister showed me her craft room that had been freshly painted and there it was on the walls, the perfect colour I wanted for my craft room! Thanks Sis you saved me a trawl around looking for the correct colour!

Stitching news - free pattern, gift tags and papers and Santas Village update

I have been stitching some of my free patterns, the St Patrick's Day cat and the Easter Cat, they are not finished yet but hopefully I will get them completed this next week. I have also designed a clover pattern to add to the St Patricks Day theme and I designed some gift tags to match the cat design as  I thought it would be nice to have matching papers and tags, particularly if you were stitching them for a small gift.   The pattern and tags are freebies and can be downloaded from the bottom of this post or from the link to the mini cat series at the top of my blog. Next week I will be posting free paper for the Easter Cat, the matching tags can be found in the previous post.

Santa's Village update.

I have nearly finished the second pattern in the Santa's Village design, update to follow soon.

Stitching in progress

St Patricks Day Cat

Pattern available for the clover below

You can either stitch the cross stitch or finish with beads on the insides of each clover design.
Just right click and 'save as' to your computer.

Edited You can now see this clover design finished on this page here

The St Patricks Day gift tags are available from my google docs here  or just click on the picture below and then click 'save as' to your computer.

I have been playing around with Photoshop Elements again and I have also designed some matching paper but I have had trouble making the pdf, in the meantime if you wish  to have a  free  copy of the cat paper please email me and I will send a copy, the paper size is 8.5 x 11.
The picture below is a low resolution just to show you the design, you will need to email me for the high quality print copy.

Until next time - happy stitching!

Thanks for the clover pattern. Your craft room is a very pretty colour. I plan on painting my spare room/craft room during the 2nd week of April, but think I will just use cream.
