Stitcheries.

Hi everyone, here are the photos of my latest work in progress stitcheries, I have now completed them both, you can see the completed photos below.
These stitcheries are freebies from Bronwyn Hayes Red Brolly designs here, she designs some gorgeous quilts, stitcheries and bags, pop over to her blog here, you won’t be disappointed!
I love doing these stitcheries as they are really quick to finish and ever so effective.
I have also just finished stitching this needlebook design, again this is a freebie from Bronwyns blog.
This is stitched using one strand of thread.
I still have lots of finishing to do, in particular the Peacock Box that I started a while ago. I have also trimmed the red Elephantz design in the red  check fabric, I will show photos in my next post,  all I need to do is frame it now, it does look really cute.
Here are the other photos of the stitcheries.

Completed design ready for framing, or I may put this into a mini quilt?
This is the free Christmas design before I finished the satin stitch.
The finished design.
Thankyou for all of your lovely comments and a huge welcome to all of my new followers.
Until next time – Happy Stitching!
Best Wishes and Happy Stitching.
Lynn B

Just a question. I noticed that you used three strands of embroidery floss. Any particular reason? Do you always use three instead of two?

    Lovely work and so neat.
I have that stitchery of the 2 lady's but have not even started it yet it looks really good.
Need to finish 3 other projects first, i don't know where the days go. But its worth it when you have finished one and see the end result.
    best wishes Julie.C

    Hi Lynn,

Wow, these finishes are wonderful! I love the
red of the Christmas piece and the design
itself is just adorable. Something really
different. And those two ladies and their
cat has all the things I love in it. Books,
stitching and cats … and wonderful colours.

It's fun looking at this sort of stitching and
pick out all the different styles of stitches
that you've used to create them.

I'm amazed that these designs are freebies.
Very generous of a very talented designer.

    Cheers!
