Cross stitch book giveaway!

Hi everyone, I have started to finish my peacock design into a box and I have a cross stitch book giveaway for one lucky winner!
In this post I will show you the box in progress and give details how to win this lovely cross stitch book. I was asked by Lark Crafts to review this book on my blog and offer a copy to one of my readers, all you have to do is:

Please note, due to time pressures I will not be able to reply to any emails, but be assured I will enter all names into the hat for the draw.

This book has beautiful illustrations of finished cross stitched designs that can be stitched in two hours, including fans, flowers, children, teddy bears etc. The designer is  Trice Boerens of Ogden, Utah, she is an established crafting author and designer whose areas of expertise include needlework, quilting and paper crafts. She is the author of Lark's new 45 Quilt Blocks series, and authored the original Sterling/Chappelle Two Hour Cross Stitch, which sold over 100,000 copies.  

Here are some examples of the designs in the book, the photographs are all taken from the book.

               







Here is the work in progress for my peacock cross stitch box, I started making this a couple of weeks ago and I have not had time to finish it yet, unfortunately my cross stitch and crafting is on hold at the moment as I am quite busy, but I will be doing some cross stitch, just not as much as I usually do!    

I love the fabric that I am going to use for this, I think it contrasts perfectly with the blue thread.

    Very nice peacock box, blue is my favorite color... I am so addicted to stitching, I love to see the beauty on cloth that my hands and the talent the good lord gave me to create...     Looks like a wonderful book to possess. Can see that the charts are pretty big and coloured, without causing much strain to the eye. The designs are numbered too! The samplers done are so perfect and neat, enough to testify the quality of the book!
